Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Who’s responsible

SwiftNest is operated by Jency Cuadros, an individual based in Colombia. For any privacy or data-protection matter, write to swiftnestapp@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect, and why

We only collect what the app actually needs to work:

  • Your email — to create your account, sign you in (with a one-time code, no passwords) and reach you about your subscription.
  • Your name and profile photo (optional) — to personalize your account, if you add them.
  • The areas and items in your home that you set up — to build your cleaning missions.
  • Your progress inside the app — completed missions, streak, gems, minutes, reminder schedule — so the app works and to show you your own stats.
  • A push-notification identifier, only if you turn on phone reminders — so we can notify you at the time you choose.

We don’t ask for or collect location, date of birth, phone number, or financial data — payment is handled directly by Hotmart (see section 4).

An AI does not build your daily mission. The "Mission Builder" is our own rules-based logic — your personal data is never sent to an AI provider. The one exception is the optional “Translate” button in the Community: if you tap it, the text of that post or comment (which is already public) is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to be translated; your name, email or any other data is not sent, and the translation is saved so it is not repeated. We also don’t use analytics or third-party advertising cookies: nothing tracks you outside the app.

3. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with the providers that make the app possible, each with one specific job:

  • Supabase — stores your account and your home’s data (database and authentication), and the photos you upload to the Community (file storage).
  • Vercel — hosts the web app you use.
  • Resend — sends your account emails (access, reminders, subscription notices).
  • Hotmart — processes your subscription payment; we never see or store your card details.

These providers run servers outside Colombia (mainly in the United States), so your data travels internationally when you use them — this is what’s known as an international data transfer. Each one processes your data under its own security and privacy terms, and only to provide the service described above — never for their own purposes or advertising.

4. Payment (Hotmart)

Your subscription is charged by Hotmart, a verified payment gateway. SwiftNest never stores your card or bank details — that lives with Hotmart only.

5. The Community (public photos and comments)

SwiftNest has a public wall called the Community, where any user can post "before and after" photos of their home, a comment, and react to or comment on other people’s posts. This is content you choose to share — never required.

  • Public name — before your first post, we ask for a name to display in the Community, separate from your household nickname (so you can decide how identifiable you want to be to people you don’t know).
  • Photos — stored in Supabase Storage (see section 3) and visible to any SwiftNest user. Before uploading, the app automatically strips hidden metadata (like the GPS location where the photo was taken) — that information is never shared.
  • Comments — the text you write on other users’ posts, also publicly visible.

You can delete any post or comment of yours whenever you want. Any post or comment can be reported — it’s automatically hidden after several reports while we review it. Minors invited to a household can’t post or comment in the Community.

6. If you invite a minor to your home

SwiftNest lets you invite people you live with (a partner, your kids) so each of them gets their own account within the same home. If you invite a minor, you — as the adult responsible for the home — authorize that account and are responsible for its use and its data, which are the same as described in section 2 (email, in-app progress), never sensitive data. You can flag them as a minor when inviting them, to supervise their tasks from your own account — a minor flagged this way can’t post or comment in the Community (section 5).

7. Your rights

Under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 (and equivalent laws where you live), you have the right to:

  • Know, update, and correct your data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all your data.
  • Object to how your data is processed, or get a copy of it.
  • Withdraw your authorization at any time.

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings → "Delete my account" inside the app — it’s immediate and erases everything described in section 2. To know, update, or object to how your data is processed without deleting your account, write to swiftnestapp@gmail.com from your account’s email. By using SwiftNest and creating your account, you authorize the processing of your data as described in this policy.

8. How long we keep your data

For as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your account and history stay (in case you come back), but you can request full deletion at any time using the same email from section 7. Deleting your account also removes your Community posts, comments, and reactions.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll email you before it takes effect — we never change it silently. The date above always reflects the latest real update.
